RETURN POLICY
Each product is a different color and has a specialized function for facial care. Selection of each item should be made with care. 
Please contact hello@myfacee.com  if you have questions about any products prior to ordering. Our team will do our best to assist you with product questions and special requests. We will not refund your item unless it is defective from shipment or damages outside of original detailing. Each order is inspected prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged please email us at hello@myfacee.com within 10 days from the date of shipment. You must include clear images and details regarding damages. Our team will carefully review and confirm return eligibility. For orders that are eligible for return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the order is returned to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Faceé is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit or misplaced by courier during delivery. Tracking number is supplied to each customer. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
All items are final sale as they are used for skincare and cannot be reused.
Shipping
You will receive a confirmation message when you place your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special releases or major holidays. Faceé is unable to ship to P.O. BOX, APO, or FPO addresses. Faceé will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Faceé is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit or misplaced by courier during delivery. Tracking number is supplied to each customer. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
Pre-orders ship between 10-30 days from the date of order and processed payment, unless otherwise notified shipping schedule.
International orders
Faceé ships internationally to Canada. Please email us if you’re unsure about your country. All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.
Accepted payments
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. All pricing is in USD.
